Can't go to the next in "User Defined Properties"

Hello, I met a problem in 3D-Move. I want to input a master curve with "User Defined Properties", but the button "Next" is locked even after all the necessary information is finished. Is there somebody here who can help me on this issue, please?

After inputting the necessary information all you need is just to click on the OK button.
