Hi, I'm new to the group

I am looking for some help to figure out the damping ratio of a suspension system. I got the data from a suspension tester and I have got the phase angle (in degrees) and the adhesion/load (in %). I have 100 readings over the 24 Hz test. I already calculated the Wheel Hop Frequency (Hz).

I am trying to figure out the damping ratio for this system. Anybody have any good references to help me with this? I looked at half power bandwidth but the test does not always come back down to get a second frequency.

Thanks for any help you guys may be able to provide.
