Please, I wanna know what is the relationship between PANDA model and 3D move analysis software?
can  PANDA model be implemented using 3D move analysis software? or 3D move has its own models in doing performance analysis (NCHRP & VESYS).

The two software are totally independent and uses different theories to predict pavement responses and performance.
